Complete details of Scrambler Full Throttle Motorcycle
Launched in India in 2016.
Full Throttle is one of the many variants of Ducati Scrambler. This particular motorcycle is inspired from the dirt track bikes of American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) motoring championship. It shares many features with the standard Scrambler Icon. The flat track world influenced bike has a lot of cosmetic upgrades from the Icon to give a racy appeal.
In order to give a dirt bike character, racing oriented seats are used, also a tapered straight handle bar replaces the standard one featured in Scrambler Icon. A short mud guard is used at the front wheels. A black and yellow special paint schemes are use for the body panels to enhance its visual appearance. It uses a round headlamp with LED ring. Termignoni racing exhaust exhaust is used in the Full Throttle. Not only that, alloy wheels of this Scrambler features Pirelli dual sport tyres.
It is powered by 803cc, L-twin, Desmodronic engine capable of delivering 75bhp of raw power and 68Nm of peak torque. It do features ABS system with semi floating mono disc with radially mounted monobloc Brembo caliper. Single Kayaba shock absorber with preload regulation acts as the rear suspension of this bike.
Altogether, Full Throttle is designed for those who want a perfect day-to-day bike but without comprising on the racing style. It is only available in Deep Black paint job.

First Impression Review
The Ducati wanted to give a distinct styling for its Scrambler Full Throttle and this gave rise to a creative partnership with Dario Lopez Studio, resulted in the impressive styling inspired from race tracks and off-road personas. The Designers at the Studio has given stylish black panels to this scrambler which are distinguished by the all-new black chessboard drawn on a yellow band and on the short front mudguard along with a black fuel tank that gives a distinctive feature to the new Full Throttle.
The fine lines of engineering marvel by Ducati engineers can be seen in the entire bodywork and the making of the scrambler. A carefully placed well-padded seat along with the big fuel tank that boasts the Ducati scrambler emblem showcase the entire design stance of Ducati.
The heart of the Full Throttle has an L-Twin, Desmodromic distribution, 2 valves per cylinder, air cooled 803 cc engine. The engine produces a maximum power of 73 hp @ 8,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 67 Nm @ 5,750 rpm. The Full Throttle uses Electronic fuel injection, 50 mm throttle body as its Fuel injection system. Th exhaust system of the bike uses single stainless steel muffler, aluminium silencer covers, catalytic converter and 2 lambda probes.
A rigid Tubular steel Trellis frame forms the backbone of the Full Throttle. The suspension setup of the Full Throttle is done with Upside-down Kayaba 41 mm fork at the front suspension and a Kayaba rear shock, pre-load adjustable as the rear suspension. The braking system of the scrambler comes with 330 mm disc, radial 4-piston calliper with ABS as standard equipment at the front and a 245 mm disc, 1-piston floating calliper with ABS as standard equipment at the rear. Pirelli MT 60 RS tyres come as stock at the front and rear. The overall weight of the bike comes at 170 kg.
