This new scrambler was launched in Wheels and Waves event held in France
Ducati has unveiled their latest Scrambler at the Wheels and Waves events in Biarritz, France. The new Scrambler comes with a moniker Mach 2.0 featuring the same 803cc, L-Twin, Desmodromic engine found in the Scrambler Full Throttle. It borrows almost all the technical features from other Scrambler variants.
Aesthetically, there are many notable cosmetic changes in this bike. The paint scheme designed by Roland Sands is the highlighted part of this bike. This eye-catching paint job has been inspired from the Bell Cross Idol helmet featured in the 2017 Ducati Scrambler apparel collections. Moreover, it gets a black exhaust and cylinder covers, lower tapered handlebars, brushed cylinder fins and the seat has been borrowed from the sibling Scrambler Flat Track Pro.
The new Scrambler Mach 2.0 is expected to be launched in July 2017 with an expected pricing of 6.8 lakhs in Europe. It may price above 7.5 lakhs once it is launched in India.
The updated version of Scrambler Full Throttle was also revealed alongside the Mach 2.0 with refurbished fuel tank side panels.
