Bike N barrel is a chain of English pub-styled biker cafes in Chennai and Coimbatore.

Biker place in Coimbatore? You've got to be kidding me! Seems the ancient temple city of Kovai has decided to raise some noise. So what have we got here?

Bike and Barrel, the bar & restaurant at The Residency Hotel Coimbatore, managed to give a heads up to the old town. The old British pub styled Bar with two rugged bikes hanging from the ceiling and rest of the walls accessorized with beer barrels, you feel that you have walked right in to a Motor workshop.
And this is not just a place come in for a bite, Mind you. Bikes and barrel here gives you that complete exhilarating experience of food, music and a discotheque, all at once. If you have been one of those rugged riders, it is almost impossible for you not to have seen Coimbatore. It is one the main commercial, industrial and travel hub in India as of now, and of course, the whole temple heritage and tradition on the other side. In this perfect mix of tradition and modern, what we needed is exactly a biker cafe.

Bike and barrel in Coimbatore is an extension of the bikes and barrel that we have in our very own Chennai. However Chennai one is of course a bit more spacious and cosmopolitan in outlook compared to the Coimbatore one, with a 1946 Norton classic bike dangling over your head. It has been the class attraction of Chennai Bikes and barrel of a real long time. Both are owned by a four star hotel group, The Residency.
