Launched in India in January 2013. Discover 100T is not in production now.
The brand Discover is really a discovery of Bajaj Auto to slash down Hero's Splendor brand and to rule the commuter segment in India. Bajaj had already proved it by pulling down the Splendor stream to be the most selling motorcycle brand in the world in September 2012. And now by launching one more artillery Bajaj adds another milestone to its name for that the Discover 100T is impossible to be called an ordinary 100 cc commuter motorcycle.
The bike provides what exactly the Indian riders are looking for. It is blend of 100 and 125 cc motorcycle. Ensuring a mileage of 87 kmpl under standard conditions, the two wheeler acts just as a 100 cc commuter machine. Concerning its 100 cc, 4-valve DTS-I engine that fires up a maximum power of 10.2 PS @ 9000 rpm and a handsome torque of 9.2 Nm @ 6500 rpm, the machine pretends to be a 125 cc motorcycle. That means 30% more power than the ordinary 100 cc bikes.
At first sight, the Discover 100T resemblances the Discover 125ST. Or other words, the Discover 100T is the younger sibling of the Discover 125ST. So Bajaj hadn't to do much in moulding out the machine since it keeps the same design of its elder sibling. By launching the Discover 100T, Bajaj now has 5 Discover variants ranging from 100 cc to 150 cc.
The introduction of the Discover 100T will cost a strong competition with its opponents, Hero Splendor and Passion Variants, Honda CB Twister and Dream Yuga, Suzuki Hayate, TVS Star City, and newly unveiled Mahindra Pantero and Centuro.
Bajaj Discover 100T Price Rs.50,500 [Ex-showroom, New Delhi]

I bought this bike on 16th March 2013 and before the first service it gave around 60kms/litre but after the first service it is giving me 40-45kms/litre. Better go for Honda Shine or any Suzuki bikes in the same price range which will give more mileage than this one.

I bought this bike on 12th of last month. The main problem with this bike is that you can't start it with 3 ltr petrol in it.u have to fill more than that Don't know why but its true.and mileage is near about 50km/hr.this bike sucks.I will give it only 2 stars out of 5.
