KTM Plans Duke 300 for India

Time has gone past future. Machines have changed far. And the world witnessed huge revolutions. Naked motorcycles jumped into streets like never before. Well, it's time to overhaul the whole Indian two wheeler industry. Hero Motocorp started up with an off-roader, the Impulse and the Austrian motorcycle firm, KTM furnished it by launching, the Duke 200. Now, KTM is planning for another hit, that is to launch an elder sibling to the Duke 200, the Duke 300.



If there is any word for ultimate naked bikes, that's none other than KTM. Known for its world class motocross bikes, KTM has been serving since 1934. As KTM plans to unveil its next generation of-roader, certainly it would a greater promise to Indian motorcycle class. The Duke 200 is already a hit among moto-maniacs.



Nevertheless, any official confirmation regarding the Duke 300 is yet to be delivered by the company officials. By the way, the consortium had disclosed its strategy earlier to unveil the Duke 350 soon in the 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo. The Duke 350 is expected to be priced around Rs. 2 lakh.
