The 2015 Benelli BN 600R in the 600cc bike segment is planning to be launched across the country soon. The bike is equipped with a 4 cylinders in line, 4-stroke, liquid cooled, 4 valves per cylinder DOHC engine which is able to deliver a maximum power of 60 kW (82 hp) at the rate of 11500 rpm and 52 Nm (5.3 kgm) at the rate of 10500 rpm of net torque. A six-speed transmission system equipped with a wet clutch and chain driven system helps quick gear shifts and hit maximum performance scale. A maximum of 130 mph is the overall speed claimed by the company. Fuel tank is designed to hold a storage capacity of about 15 litres. With a Front steel trestle, rear aluminium alloy casting frame type mixing with a blend of alloy and aluminium helps the bike to safely grab hold the engine and other control systems from wear and tear due to poor conditions of the road. Balance and stability of the BN 600R is maintained with the assistance of a front Marzocchi Ø50 mm upside-down forks and a rear Sachs rear shock absorber with adjustable rebound and spring preload with extension hydraulic and spring preload adjustment helps to maintain a well balanced riding experience. The front and rear tyre is configured with a front Aluminium alloy with Metzeler Sportec 120/70-ZR17 58W and a rear Aluminium alloy with Metzeler Sportec 180/55-ZR17 73W. The aluminium alloy wheels are assisted with a front Twin floating discs ø320 mm with radial mounted Brembo – 4 piston calipers and rear Single disc ø260 mm with Brembo twin piston caliper braking system.
