The 2015 Benelli BN 302 is falling in the 300cc bike segment is planning to make its debut soon. The bike is equipped with a 300cc In-line two cylinder, 4-stroke, with electronic Delphi fuel injection and timing system with double overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder capable of delivering a maximum power of 27 kW (37 hp) at the rate of 11,500 rpm rpm and 27 Nm at the rate of 9000 rpm of net torque. A six-speed transmission system which comes with an Electronic injection with twin ø 38 mm throttle bodies helps to adjust the gear shifting pattern and make the ride comfortable. A maximum of 120 mph is the overall speed claimed by the company. Fuel tank is designed to hold a storage capacity of about 16 litres. With a Steel trestle frame type mixing with a blend of alloy and aluminium helps the bike to hold the control system within it close and tight. Balance and stability of the BN 302 is maintained with the assistance of a front Benelli shock 120 mm stroke shock and a rear adjustable preload rebound shock absorber, the suspension system of the bike maintains rigidity and smooth riding experience to the rider. The front and rear tyre is configured with 120/70-R17/C in and 160/60-R17/C in size, the aluminium alloy wheels are assisted with a front Twin ø 260 mm disc and rear Single ø 240 mm disc disc braking system. The bike which was taken through road tests across the country is expected to hit soon.
