About Dochaki Designs

Dochaki Designs is a motorcycle customization venture based on modifying Indian motorcycles into Cafe racers, Bobbers, Scramblers, Single seater cruisers etc.

It requires passion and a true craftsmanship to transform an ordinary to extra ordinary masterpiece. Talking about modification and customization, both the above qualities should be indulged within a person or a team to create something into reality from the drawing boards. Success stories of every motorcycle modification ventures depends on that.

Like European and American countries, we do not have many customizing ventures with a minimum standard. In this scenario, Pune based motorcycle modification team 'Dochaki Designs' came into the lights. It was Mr. Anupam Singh Parihar, a mechanical engineer and an automobile designer by profession, who founded this firm and started working under it. His intense passion to design and create something unique for himself as well as for others had made him to threw away his job as a senior designer in a leading automotive company and starts running the Dochaki.

Their name derived from the Hindi word "Do-Chaki", which means two wheels. They started setting up their laboratory for customization in the outskirts of Pune. Anupam's team comprises of Industrial Engineers to tin-smiths, frp-wood workers and painters. They started their first modifications by converting 1980 Royal Enfield to a single seater cruiser named as, "Pehalwan". After that, Docahki had few more customized motorcycles under their belt. Some of them are quiet famous in the National level motorcycle exhibiting shows. A prostreet scrambler "Cobra" from a 350cc RE Thunderbird, a weird looking chopper, "Lokhand" from 350cc RE Standard and Cafe Racer "Black Hex" built from Yamaha RX 100 are few those custom projects from Dochaki. They had custom built several motorcycles and even built complete motorcycles from the scratch.

We can expect more innovative ideas and advanced customization in motorcycles from the Dochaki Designs.
