Yamaha Fazer 150 - Preview

Yamaha Fazer 150cc bike just rolled and is the new bike in the 150cc segment. It is the 'Look at Me appeal' of the latest Yamaha Fazer 150cc with its macho design, stylish graphics and colors of Electric Blue, Lava Red, Flaming Orange and Midnight Black, that will steal second glance of the onlookers and will be a matter of pride for the owners.

Based on the DNA of the global Fazer series, the new Yamaha Fazer 150 is equipped with monocross suspension just like Yamaha FZ16 and other FZ-S models.

Yamaha Fazer150 reflects more dynamic look than even the FZ-16. Yamaha has always been pioneer in terms of performance, design and innovation. So, when a Yamaha Fazer 150cc is launched, you can see for yourself that besides the stylish look with aerodynamic cowling, triple macho design concept and comfortable ergonomics, the metal beast can power great performance as well on the road.

Yamaha Fazer-150 measures 1045mm in height, 1975mm in length and 770mm in width. The bike runs on a 4-stroke, air-cooled, bi-valve single cylinder, SOHC, 150cc engine. The bike can generate maximum power output of 14PS @7500 rpm and torque of 14NM @6500rpm.

The MidShip Muffler of the new Yamaha Fazer150 bike is put towards the center, and that gives optimum exhaust efficiency and also greater concentration of mass. Better grip and stability is provided with the rear radial tire with 60% aspect ratio.

If you wish to enjoy a touring experience Yamaha Fazer 150 provides with the right seating posture designed to prevent fatigue and ensuring that long journeys are comfortable.

ya it z a nice bike than any other 150cc bikes.ill buy it as soon as possible.my friend own this bike.the real mileage of this bike is 36km in city and 44km on highway if you ride harshly.so i suggest to go for it........yes yamaha!!!!!!!!!

fazer is really an awesome bike in 150cc segment...only thing is its avg is less as compare to other 150cc bikes.. but if u maintain ur fazer then it will give u upto 40-45kmpl..
But if u wanna earn something in life.. then fazer is the best....

yamaha is a trust worthy brand.150cc is more than enough for indian roads .it gives 45kmpl in this roads. think if we guys have roads like europen countries it woudn't give even 20kmpl.dude buy a fazer go on a road trip on the rainy day keep speeding in 60kmph put your headphones on play this song " what a wonderful world" then you'll know what it feels like when you're riding fazer.

I have owned this beauty for the last 9 months & I am really pleased with its performance so far. Remember this is a 150 cc segment bike, so pls don't compare it with Apache180s or Karismas. Although its costs a few more bucks but i would say its a true value for money. And after all its a "YAMAHA". Yes ! YAMAHA!!! YAMAHA ROCKS..........................

dumb heads ALL of u r saying it is 150cc but it has better torque than 220cc engine of karizma.
and yes it competes karizma(plastics ki dukaan) as well as apache(back painer) i know its bhp is little less but it gives you excellent ride in city as well as on hills. it is a 150cc bike and still manages to reach 132kmhr. dats equal to karizma n more than apache.

I own a fazer, it's been two months now.

It has at least 1 month's waiting period here in India.Hence, in my view it will take another 4 to 6 months to be launched in Nepal.Presently bikers living in nearby border areas on the indian side just take the bike and show off to Nepalese folks.
