I don't know why many bad reviews but for me it was good!.

1AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order through someone else or even delay your trip rather than doing business with Ivan (I-One's Two Wheelers').

Even our homestay owner warned us about Ivan's bad reputation in Kochi, but it was too late as we'd paid in advance.

I-One's bikes ruined 4 days of our trip because we were going back to both his shop and mechanics around Kerala trying to get these bikes fixed, as they weren't drivable. The brakes and suspension were in such poor condition that I risked serious injury on multiple occasions. Ivan's claim is that his company do not guarantee to deliver quality bikes (even though he's charging high prices for them), so he doesn't accept any responsibility. Eventually, after the best part of an hour's back and forth and his attempts at calling us bad customers, he returned just 1 day's rent to us.

A huge chunk of these 5 star reviews are fake accounts or bots. He has lots of unhappy customers.

Service is good i ll give 5 stars

Very good rent a bike company. 7 days was very good with 3 bikes.
Good prices and very welcoming owner.
