Mahindra Centuro TV Commercial Video

Aiming the mass, Mahindra Two Wheelers had recently launched its much awaited commuter motorcycle, the Centuro. Along with its launch the company has also released a TV commercial ad. From the teaser it is clear that the firm is not only aiming the mass customers, but also the youngsters of the country.



Though the Centuro was equipped with a lot of first in segment features, Mahindra tagged the bike at a shocking price of Rs.45,000 (ex-showroom Delhi). Specialities such as Remote 128-bit encrypted flip-key with LED lights, Central locking system, Anti-theft system with an engine immobiliser, Guide lamps, Find me lights, Fully digital instrument cluster with a digital tachometer, speedometer, fuel gauge, trip meter and clock, Choke on the handle bar, and LED pilot and tail lamps. With the above mentioned features, the Centuro is positioned at the premium commuter motorcycle class.



The all new Centuro is powered by a 106.7cc, Single Cylinder, 4-stroke, Air cooled, Mci-5 engine. The MCi5(Micro Chip Ignited-5 curve) engine was developed by the Mahindra engineers themselves in their R&D. The bi-wheeler delivers a max power of 8.5 bhp @ 7500 rpm and a max torque of 8.5 Nm @ 5500 rpm. Its engine is coupled with a Constant mesh 4 Speed transmission.



The highlight of the Centuro skin is its Muscular Golden Ribs installed below the fuel tank. Wedded with Telescopic, Coil spring front suspension and Coiled 5-step adjustable rear suspension, the bike never compromises to comfort while commuting. It is equipped with drum brakes at both ends, which is more than enough for an entry level commuting motorcycle. The Centuro has a 12.7 litres fuel tank and weighs only 111 kg.



Well, the most important foreground of this machine is its whooping mileage figure of 85.4 kmpl, which is gettable in standard conditions.
