The success story of Suzuki's Access 125, and Honda Activa 125 has made TVS to try out the scooter segment, the growing demand for 125cc scooters made TVS to come up with Jupiter 125. This new offering from TVS will be the only scooter in India to boast a fuel injection technology.

Hero Dare 125
Hero MotoCorp has exhibited a prototype of its 125cc scooter in 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. With a fully Digital Speedo Console, Alloy Wheels and a dual tone paint job, the Dare 125 has already caught the attention of many eyes and the launch of the Hero Dare 125 is expected to be this year.

Aprilia SR 125
With the Aprilia SR 150, Aprilia has amazed the Indian two-wheeler market with its stylish and sporty look 150 cc scooter. Now, the Italian two-wheeler maker is planning to launch a 125cc version of the Aprilia in order to expand its sales share in India. The Aprilia SR125 is inherited with the same racing dynamics and look of its big brother and is expected to launch by this year.

The above three scooters are expected to be launched around the festive season. Currently, the 125cc scooter sale is dominated by the Suzuki and Honda. Since scooters are expected to make commuting easy with desirable mileage and there are enough models that satisfy this need to try out for the prospective buyer, the companies who are entering the market with their new models should come up with good features and specifications to compete in the market and win the attention of the buyers.
