New arrivals and updates
In the last couple of months, Honda's portfolio witnessed several additions. From the announcement of the new Gold Wing Tour's pricing to the introduction of SP 125 Sports Edition, Hornet 2.0, Dio 125 Repsol Editions, the updated CB 200X, and the competitively priced CB 300F. Another notable launch was the Honda Activa Limited Edition in September 2023.
Honda aims to leverage the festive enthusiasm among Indian buyers. The Honda CB 350 series, including the popular H’ness CB 350 and CB 350RS, has always been a favorite. Its competition mainly comes from the 350 cc variants of Royal Enfield.
Teasers drop hints
Recent teaser videos have fueled speculations about special editions for the CB 350 series. The visual cues suggest an array of new graphics and color patterns. Distinct yellow, blue, and white shades with fresh pinstripes are evident in the teasers.
The name "Legend Edition" has been making rounds, but Honda remains tight-lipped about it. The motorcycles could boast special edition badges. On the technical front, changes seem unlikely. Both bikes might retain their 348 cc engine, known for its 20.78 bhp power and 30 Nm torque. A five-speed transmission, telescopic front forks, twin shock absorbers, and dual-channel ABS-supported disc brakes could continue to define the bikes. Not to forget, features like traction control and Bluetooth connectivity are part of the package.
Pricing expectations
The new special editions might come with a modest price surge. As of now, the Honda H’ness CB 350 is available for up to Rs. 2.15 lakh, and the edgier CB 350RS is priced at Rs. 2.18 lakh.
In summary, Honda's dedication to keeping its lineup fresh and appealing, especially during festive times, is evident. The potential CB 350 Legend Limited Edition seems poised to garner attention in the coming days. As the festive season draws closer, fans and potential buyers will keenly await Honda's official announcement.
