Honda VT 1300 CX

The Japanese conglomerate's Indian version, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Private Limited (HMSI), is not at all done with its commuter and sports motorcycles. The showcase is also filled up with a nasty, powerful and admiring chopper, VT 1300 CX. Perhaps, the only chopper that is retailed in the Indian two wheeler market. Pleasurable ride and unique look have been the glance features of a chopper motorcycle. And VT 1300 CX also doesn't work to any paradoxical vector. What pay attention to the chopper are its long-slim fuel tank and a following ultra-low seat, raked-out styling, and a high-mount steering head.



The chopper motorcycle is wholly hand built two wheeler. It scrambles in a 1312 cc liquid-cooled 52-degree V-twin engine. The machine brings out a maximum power of 42.5 Kw and a maximum torque of 107 Nm. So as to make a possible city drive, the 5 speed gearbox doesn't kill our patience. As the fuel system features carburation that is worked by PGM-FI with automatic enricher circuit, and air-cleaner named Viscous, cartridge-type mesh net filter conserve only the least fuel in order to provide 20.3 kmpl which is a miraculous algorithm in its class.



A 336 mm single disc brake with twin-piston caliper at front and a 296 mm disc with single-piston caliper ensure more safety to the chopper. Likewise all chopper, VT 1300 CX also delivers a comfortable and resistance free drive with suspensions, telescopic fork at front and a comfy monoshock at rear. Moreover, the double-cradle steel used to frame VT 1300 CX's chassis reduce its mass but not its strength. The vast but lean looking fuel tank accommodates 12.8 litres petrol.



The VT 1300 CX is purchasable only in Delhi and Mumbai showrooms with a price tag of Rs.14,20,000 and Rs.15, 20,000 respectively. Graphite black and glint blue wave metallic are the available colors of VT 1300 CX.
