Italian superbike manufacturer Benelli and Indian superbike brand DSK have jointly announced its launch of the limited edition TNT 600i. Established in 1911, Benelli is one of the oldest Italian motorcycle manufacturers. It had once manufactured shotguns, although this part of the business is now a separate company. Benelli recently has made an entry in to the Indian automotive market and has sold more than 200 high end bikes within the first 4 months of its launch. Benelli has launched five models in India so far, the models include Benelli TNT 300 with 300cc twin cylinder engine, TNT 600i and 600GT with 600cc four cylinder motor, TNT 899 with 899cc three cylinder mill and the flagship TNT R with 1131cc three cylinder power plant. Regarding DSK Motowheels, it was established in 2012 and ventured out in to the growing automobile sector by entering the niche segment of powerful and aspirational bikes. DSK Motowheels is known for its high-end biking experince, extended product line, technology and quality. DSK Motowheels also prides itself in providing the best customer service and after sales support in the Indian superbike market.
The new addition to the DSK Benelli superbike line-up, the limited edition 600i adds more pride to the company. This bike doesn't have a color palette to choose from nor does it have unlimited production, this type will be sold to a limited number of 60 bikes. Benelli has been doing some good, decent sales in the Indian market and the launch of this new limited edition is regarded as the celebration of its success in the country too. Further adding, this is the only 600cc superbike in the country, to be ever made in the scintillating and royal shade of gold, claims the Chairman of DSK Motowheels. The superbike's fuel has a 3D of its manufacturer 'Benelli' embodied on it. Petroheads who enjoyed the dynamic experince that the TNT 600i offered now have something different to boast about. 60 bikes up for sale and strictly no more of it, so this definitely give the bikes some exclusiveness when spotted on the streets, by those young self proclaimed paparazzi’s.
DSK Benelli TNT 600i is powered by a first-in-segment 600cc, in-line four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 85.07hp of maximum power at 11,500rpm, while peak torque of 54.6Nm is generated at 10,500rpm. This limited edition superbike doesn't differ from its TNT 600i model regarding the specification side. Though, the company has stated that they believe that the same people who enjoyed riding the TNT 600i, have something different to experince in the limited edition, which makes it stand out from its siblings. The company has added by claiming, a more attended service station service.
Overall, the limited edition Benelli TNT 600i has not much changes, but is a simple reason for the company's celebration. The bike is priced at ₹5.58Lakhs. Compared to the 600i this bike costs a bit more, since its a limited edition you can't expect more. Limited editions always have costs, so think of it as something valuable that only a few people are lucky and fortunate enough to acquire.
