India's Largest Automotive Event, the Motor Show to Take Place in Noida From 2014

The organizers of India Automobile Expo have confirmed that the Auto Show venue would be shifted from Pragati Maidan, New Delhi to Greater Noida Exposition Mart. Hence from 2014 onwards, all Motor Shows will be hosted in Noida. Reasons were some helter-skelter errors happened in New Delhi Auto Expo forced the organizers to replace the venue of India's auto-festival.



For over few years, there had been severe criticisms on the absurdity misconducted at New Delhi Auto Expo. Moreover, there were a lot suggestions and debates regarding the change of locale. And finally the administrators concluded to switch the site.



More impressively, the name of the auto show has been changed from 'Auto Expo' to 'Motor Show 2014' as part of a wholly rebranding.

"The time is up to change the venue and we have decided to change it. It had been severe criticizes on the chaotic formalities placed over the New Delhi Auto Expo for over the past few years. And to end this, we have no other choices. We hope this will bring only positive changes to country's automobile sector", said a spokesperson.

The Auto Expo is the largest automotive show in India, which takes place in every two year. It is the only auto show in the country accredited by OICA (The International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers). The event has a history of 25 years. At the show, over 1500 individuals participate from 23 countries.
