Austrian premium naked bike manufacturer, KTM Sportmotorcycle AG introduced two newly coloured Duke 200 in India. Realizing that there would be a strong fan following beyond the orange machine, the consortium was pleased to unveil its new two tones in the Indian streets. Now the motor will also roll out in black and white synonyms.
The black is mated with white-orange decals, whereas the white machine gets accompanied by orange-black decals. With the introduction of two new colours, the market witnessed a mere hike on the Duke 200 two wheeler's price chart. It is explained that Bajaj has hiked an amount around 10k. However, the new variants are hopefully expected to make waves in the festive season to be celebrated next month.
The Duke 200 comes with a 200cc, Single-cylinder, 4-stroke, spark-ignition engine, liquid-cooled engine. It is powered by a maximum output of 22.5 bhp @ 10000 rpm and peak torque of 19.2 Nm @ 8000 rpm. A 6-speed claw shifted transmission never irritates city driving but makes us to enjoy a smooth and trouble free ride on it. The on-road price of KTM Duke 200 in Mumbai is Rs.1.48 lakh.
