The Herald Motor Co is a motorcycle manufacturing and import unit based in Cambridgeshire of Northern England. It is rather a small bike making company significantly known for 125-250cc motorcycles. Their portfolio consists of cafe racer, scrambler, modern classic bikes and bobber.
Classic 125
All the models of Herald target A2 license holders in the Europe. Interestingly, from the past few years, the brand has grown from a small company to a more vibrant brand with some stylish 125cc and 250cc models. Terra Rambler 250
Terra Rambler 250 is a highly versatile motorcycle or also can be called as a scrambler, which is based on the Classic 250 model. It is powered by 249cc, single cylinder engine delivering 21 bhp of top power and 19.5 Nm of peak torque which is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. Moreover, it has a top speed of 128 kmph. The bike weighs 130kg and it could be the lightest and most affordable scrambler in the European market.
Another interesting product from the Herald family is the gorgeous looking Phantom 250. This elusive machine features distinctive bobber styled looks which is surely an eye-ball grabbing element. However, Herald produces this model as limited edition units, available in Matte Black option. The 250cc, single cylinder engine delivers a maximum power of 18.1 bhp and peak torque of 19.5 Nm mated with a 5-speed gearbox.
