TVS finally released the fuel injected version of the TVS Apache RTR 200 in the country. TVS has included features like a race inspired body design, fully digital instrument console, clip-on handlebars, LED pilot lamps and tail lamps, split seats and front and rear disc brakes in the new RTR 200 FI 4V to make it more attractive to the prospective customers.
However, TVS is yet to roll out the fully equipped variant of the Apache RTR 200 FI 4V which comes along with dual-channel ABS and optional Pirelli tyres. The new 200 FI 4V is powered by a 197.75 cc SI, 4- stroke, Oil-Cooled engine that produces a maximum power of 21.0 PS @ 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 18.1 NM @ 7000 rpm. A Double Cradle Split Synchro Stiff Frame is used in the making of this motorcycle.
TVS claims that the new engine could clock 0-to-60 in just 3.9 seconds. The FI engine is more smooth and delivers very formidable power when compared to the carburettor version and TVS targets young audiences for this stylish motorcycle. TVS has priced the new Apache RTR 200 FI 4V aggressively and the Ex-showroom Delhi price comes at INR 1,05,905.
