The Continental GT is a callback of history. The machine comes under the Cafe Racer class. Powered by a 535cc, Single Cylinder, 4 stroke, Air cooled engine, which is capable to deliver a peak power of 29.1 bhp (21.4 kW) @ 5100 rpm and a peak torque of 44 Nm @ 4000 rpm. It's coupled with a 5 speed transmission. While, the fuel system gets Keihin Electronic Fuel Injection.
Apart from the rest RE models, the Continental GT is a totally different species that is meant for fast riding motorcycle enthusiasts. It is also the lightest, and the fastest RE bike till take. The bike clocks to a top speed of 160 kmph.
Mated with Telescopic forks front suspension and Paioli,Twin gas charged shock absorbers with adjustable preload rear suspension, the machine offers a comfortable drive.
To stop the bike, a brembo 300mm floating disc at front and a Single piston floating caliper disc are attached on each wheel.
The bike gets traditional spoke wheels to mark the blood of RE. The seat is optional. The bumb stop single seat is standard and the other normal seat is optional.
