Finally we now have the young monsters in Honda showrooms across India. Earlier HMSI had announced the arrival of the 2013 CBR 250R Editions by the end of June, 2013. The all new 2013 CBR 250R is available in 4 variants- the CBR 250R Pearl Sunbeam White -STD, CBR 250R Sports Red / Black Color-STD, CBR 250R Sports Red / Black Color-ABS, CBR 250R Pearl Sunbeam White -ABS, and the CBR 250R REPSOL -ABS.
The CBR 250R Pearl Sunbeam White -STD is priced at Rs. 1,73,659, while the CBR 250R Sports Red / Black Color-STD tags Rs. 1,72,568, the CBR 250R Sports Red / Black Color-ABS for Rs. 2,04,221, the CBR 250R Pearl Sunbeam White -ABS for Rs. 2,05,311, and the CBR 250R REPSOL -ABS for a whooping Rs. 2,11,807.
Honda has done only some paint touches with the CBR 250R to look the bike refreshed. The new edition doesn't carry the silver touch that is seen on the exhaust and body kits of the old edition. Instead of that Honda uses Black finish. And the old Candy Ruby Red x Accurate Silver Metallic, Pearl Heron Blue (Tricolor), and Asteroid Black metallic x Accurate Silver Metallic CBR 250R have been replaced by the above mentioned colors from HMSI stores.
Meanwhile, the added Repsol addition is the highlight of the 2013 CBR 250R line-up. However, Honda offers the bike in showroom only until October, 2013.

It is powered by the same 249.6cc, Liquid cooled, 4 stroke, DOHC 4 Valve, SI engine, that delivers a max power of 25 bhp @ 8500 rpm, and a max torque of 22.9 Nm @ 7000 rpm. Its engine is coupled with a 6-speed gear, Constant mesh transmission.
