Terrible service from Bhadra Motors! I purchased a Jawa bike from them, and while they were quick to deliver the vehicle, their after-sales service is an absolute nightmare. It has been over 10 days since I’ve been trying to reach them regarding my bike’s number plate and servicing but they completely ignore my calls.
This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable. They seem eager to sell but vanish when it comes to customer support. I deeply regret choosing Bhadra Motors and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go to a dealership that actually cares about its customers!
The lack of response and accountability from their team is frustrating, especially when I expected better customer service from a dealership representing a brand like Jawa. I hope they address this issue soon and improve their communicate with customers.
