ஆனந்த் மோட்டார்ஸ் பைக்கிற்காக நம்மிடம் பணம் வாங்கி விடுவார்கள் ஆனால் அவர்கள் டீலர் கிடையாது அவர்கள் டீலரிடம் வாங்கி வந்து இந்த யமஹா பைக் விற்கிறார்கள் ஆனால் அந்த டீலருக்கும் ஒழுங்காக பணம் கட்டுவது கிடையாது. யமஹா கஸ்டமர் கேருக்கு போன் செய்து கம்பிளைன்ட் கொடுத்தால் அவர் எங்களுடைய authorized டீலரே கிடையாது எனக் கூறுகிறார்கள் கூறுகிறார்கள். ரிஜிஸ்ட்ரேஷனுக்கு தாமதத்திற்கு ஏன் காரணம் என கேட்டால் பைல் சைஸ் சிறியது பெரியது ஆர்டிஓ ஆபீஸ் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை என பொய்யான காரணம் கூறுகிறார்கள் மேலும் இவர்கள் நம்மிடம் வாங்கின முழு பணத்தையும் அந்த யமஹா டீலரிடம் செலுத்தாததனால் நமக்கு ரிஜிஸ்ட்ரேஷன் delay ஆகிறது. யாரும் இவரிடம் பைக் எடுத்து ஏமாற வேண்டாம் என கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

One of the worst showroom and customer service, i ever seen. They took 2 months for the bike registration for my bike, not even for me, all the customer bikes are delayed upto 6 months. I dont know, how India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. allowed them to for the dealer in Kanchipuram city, actually they dont know how to explain about the bike details with the customers.

The staffs working there are fully money minded, they dont have basic knowledge how to behaviour to the customers.

This is happened not only to me, for lot of my friends and peoples in Kanchipuram also have very very bad experience with Anand Motors(Yamaha Dealer).
