I am regularly giving my vehicle for service to you only because you are the seller. You are the service man and you are arranging for insurance.
However, at the time of giving service I have to wait atleast for 4 to 5 hrs or I leave my bike at your service centre. I am working in a private concern and getting leave is difficult. Though you are open on Sundays, that day is the busy day for me also as I have to complete all the works for which I need bike and hence I am unable to leave bike for service on Sunday.
Hence, this suggestion is not only for my benefit but for all. TVS company shall have spare bikes or cycles. When a customer leaves his vehicle for one day TVS company shall give him spare bike for that days' use and when vehicle gets ready, customer can give back spare bike to company and take his bike. For this service TVS company can charge Rs.2 per K.m. run or Rs.,50 per day as the case may be.
Alternatively, TVS company can have bicycles. When a customer leaves his bike he can take a cycle and go for work. In the evening the customer should handover cycle to TVS and take back his bike after service. But TVS should not charge anything for spare cycle.
Take my suggestions, customers will be happy. They can go for their work without any hindrance . Good luck.
