I bought a TVS zest on 20-OCTOBER-2015. Till today(13-DECEMBER-2015) they didn't given RC book, bike no and policy paper. I tried calling several times but they are not answering properly. Very rude staffs.
Money Money Money: While buying they collected Rs.400 extra for RC and they told they won't ask any money after this. But last week they called me and told to go RTO office and give Rs.200 for RC book.
Poor Service: Last month I given my scooter for service. Next day I collected my scooter with same the dust and the scooter is same when i give for service. After I am shouted, they took inside and did water service and given. But collected Rs.300 for changing the oil.
I recommend to take bike in Chidambaram and Mayavaram. TVS dealers are there in both the places.
