They r entirely kepmaris. Sales girl sumitha gave emi quotation for raider 125 disc variant. Taken test drive and got Day time robbery quotation on 3.12.2021. 14&15% as interest and provided emi. But when i checked with emi calculator, it is around 25 to 26%. Monthly around ₹540 robbered from us extra, this is for one month emi. People plz calculate for number of Months this robbery quotation in emi. Look at attached photo for proof. Also she told down payment is ₹15600, loan amount is ₹96000, on road price is 108300. When I volunteerly asked her, then only she replied difference ₹3300 is processing charges. These kepmaris wont tell anything frankly. How kepmaris they are. People better look for loan outside. This kepmaris offered me tvs credit services loan as best for low down payment. Also, compulsory accessories, mirrors and saree guard are already fixed in bikes and no need to pay for these accessories. These kepmaris telling they r under compulsory accessories. Day time robbery showroom staffs. Posted day time robbery quotation and my calculation with photo as proof. Kepmaris ganesh and sumitha does not answered for this day time robbery when I asked over phone. Also these kepmaris need to learn basic curtosy about how to speak with customers. This showroom MD is very pity, keeping these kepmaris as his staffs, cant improve sales keeping these kepmaris as his staffs. Even in lotus showroom in mettupalayam road Coimbatore (They are grand father of this kepmaris) utter worst than this kepmaris.
