I had taken AMC for my Scooty in your firm for Rs.1660/- in 2023. I had provided with two service only. I registered service for my vehicle previously three times. But later informed me due to heavy vehicles arrived for service, your vehicle is not possible to accept for service and requested alternate date and the date of alternate day also was not accepted for service due to all the mechanics went outside for service. Due to avoidable delay by the firm, meantime one year has passed.
I asked service today for my vehicle, it was replied that the AMC had passed one year, which leads to bill attract labour charges.
At the time of AMC, I asked service, it was replied one year period is not problem, only 3 service is provided for AMC. The reply by the firm through phone is not convinced and not genuine. So please do the needful.

This is not my comment,but my experience at this show room.I took my Jupiter in 2016.The first insurance was not made to my vehicle, the next year old changed it and then it was made to my vehicle but the engine number doesn't belongs to my vehicle.Atlast this year I rectified all mistakes done by this company.I've made many humble request to service my vehicle properly.But no correct answer and service.I kindly and humbly request the concern person to make a note on my request.Being a middle class family and an employee its hectic to come across all these.So please be conscious .Thank you.

In this service center, No proper response, I have done my All services including puncture from this service center,
my Jupiter crossed 14000kmls, After my last service I have checked my back Tyre,
the uneven tread wear showing and the tyre depreciation is completely right side (One side ).
I am visiting the service center asked the service person why you are not advice regarding this?.
They told they are not responsible for that and they told my driving style make this problem.
My questing is I have done all the service at this service center but no one not advice me regarding your back tyre getting depreciation so you need to change or the tyre cabable for another 1000 kml so we advice to change the tyre on the next service.
I trust the register service center take care of my vehicle maintenance and I believe the TVS tats why I am go with the register service centres.
Now I am thinking to service my vehicle intto private mechanic.
Please ALL kindly monitor your vehicle before and after the service because they done only water wash.

Jupiter zx my bike 8/10/2018 service given now not attend the problem .... Service engineer tell 15 days after spare parts will purchase after take your bike ....very poor response ... service over late

YES THIS IS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE TO BUYING TVS COMPANY BIKES. THEY ARE CHEATING IN INITIALLY. I HAVE BOOKED TVS 100 ON 26.05.2018 PAID FULL AMOUNT AND PROMISED TO GIVE DELIVERY ON 29.05.2018. BUT IN THE EVENING THEY ARE TELLING SIMPLY RTO FORMALITIES ARE NOT COMPLETED BECAUSE OF TECHNICAL ERROR IN SYSTEM. NORMALLY ONE DAY BEFORE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FILLED BY ONLINE ONLY AND GET THE CONFIRMATION BY THE SAME DAY TO CUSTOMER MOBILE NUMBER AND ALSO TO COMPANY SYSTEM. YESTERDAY EVENING I CONTACTED TO RTO THEY TOLD THERE IS NO SUCH PROBLEM IN THEIR SYSTEM, YOUR STAFF TELLING EVERY WORDS FROM THE MOUTH IS FOOLISH ONE. I PRESUME THAT YOU ARE HAVING SHORT FALL OF STAFFS OR LAZINESS. I VERY MUCH ANNOYED THIS ONE AND HOW TO BELIEVE FUTURE SERVICE SERVICES AND ONE MORE THING YOUR TAKING BUSINESS AND FORGET THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY THIS IS YOUR FOREMOST POLICY. Bought Tvs Jupiter on 9th of November 2016 staff told they don't have stock of side mirror and will put in two days but it's 13 days from now still they are telling some excuse and not putting the glass
The worst response and customer care I have seen how can I recommend them

We go TN 38 BE 6294 service made on May 2016 ..The complaint not properly done. The complaint vide which I reported, same complaint repeated within one week from the date of delivery. Since last three months I used the vehicle without the light. I have replaced the switch several times. Your company is only interested to change the oil and replacement of parts but not take about servicing.
