Today I visited your tvs showroom kuriachira for the service of my vehicle. I was advised to wait in the customer lounge. I was having no issues in waiting. So i went to the customer lounge. But the facilities available there was horrible. There was an A/C which was working at 24.But due to inadequate maintenance, there wasn't any coolness in the room and the customers were unable to stay in the room. Not only that there was no alternative arrangements done.
Also staff shortage is very high here
Which makes it even difficult for the customers
So kindly do necessary action to rectify this.
