I have purchased a TVS Jupiter from one of your Sub-Dealer GURU KRIPA AUTOMOBILE(Begumpur delhi)I have some problems which i Have allready shre with your sub-dealer but till date no solution in this regard.Problems are:-
1-After purchased the new Jupiter on 18 Aug-2016 without any paper of vehicle ,when I takes this at home and scooter stands from 4-5 days the rear OEM FITTED tyre of the vehicle air pressure comes down ,i ignore it and fill the air but every time while standing for long time the air pressure comes down. I makes compalint to the dealer he said the it seems a tyre defect make complaint of TVS TYRE ,I make complaint of TVS tyre website but no response fron there.Till the date Air prressure problem in this rear tyre as it is.
2- Thre is long Gap between seat (Front side) and the helmet hook(near foot mat). I have makes complaints to the Dealer about it he said to see on first service but after first service of the Scooter the problem remain same and the Sub-dealer Guru Kripa said that this is a manufacturing problem and every scooter have it but when I see other scooter there is not much gap as my scooter have.
The Dealer not support or reactify the problem and due to this ,I am so much mantely harrased and feel cheeted from the dealer that he sold me the defective scooter.
Now You are requested to kindly see into this serious matter and reply on my mail id devdsing1973@gmail.com or contact on 9210457851 otherwise I have no option except to approch the consumer court agaisnt both Guru Kripa & MCR TVS and also TVS Tyre and TVS MOTORS.
