I (CH.PRAVEEN KUMAR) have given my TVS starcity Plus for servicing on 18th of march 2017. I got my bike home in the evening. Next day during night i switched on signal lights and the lights are not working. The next day again i took my bike to the service centre of Vega TVS Nellore, they gave reckless answers to me. A person showed me a part, he told that we need to replace that part with my expences. The above problem was happened during servicing, and they are telling recklessly that sometimes some parts will go off and owner need to bare this. I was shocked with this answer from them. I purchased two bikes from them and i am giving servicing of those two from 3 years. For the old customers itself they are doing like this means think about the new customers. Finally dont give servicing at Vega TVS, NELLORE. If anything goes wrong you should bare that.
