Worst service. We purchased two access125 zusiki on 1/4/21 now itself not registered my regd office is TN 36 Bhavani no response from NJ Suzuki showroom I want register my vehicles on Monday 19th apl kindly make sutabale instruction and do the needful.Thank you

Very worst customer support in service department. And no relations with customers . Poor service and body wash .

Please dont visit these showroom for buying and Servicing Suzuki two wheelers. I am not compelling everyone. If want to go, u can go but fill your packet with money and then go. Dont even expect 50℅ satisfactions from them.

Dear Erodians, NJ Suzuki showroom in Erode is the number 1 in worst selling and servicing. Instead of reviewing in social media sites better u guys can contact Suzuki customer care and submit a complaint they can take actions. I am going to do thz. Persons in NJ Showroom. I request showroom md to replace every one with good one especially manager. Even they don't know how to tell a lie properly. They are changing their words each and every time while booking, delivery, before and after Registration, and if u go for service if u ask anything they start with actually sir nu Mokka reply get irritated alot.

Worst in sales and service. no proper services they made my gixxer doom broken while servicing. No proper response they need to put a bill that's all so kindly perfer other showroom.

Very very worst in costumer service after sale no response..I buy suzuki access special edition before one month no response in registration and till now rc and insurance not issued and no proper response for that ..they fix old stock battery manufacturing date 2/ 2016 they make scratch while they fix safety guard..
