I GOT A VERY GOOD RECEPTION, AND ALSO VEHICLE DELIVERED ON TIME. VERY GOOD TEAM.

Omg, Where do I start? What a pathetic and extremely worst customer experience even before the delivery of my bike. I ordered white burgman last week, yet to get the bike delivered. While ordering the bike with the full payment the sales person asked me if I want a special number and I clearly informed her YES and she told that she is going to call me after getting the list of number from RTO as per my requirement and after choosing the particular number, I should pay extra 3500 for the special number. I was happy and was expecting her call, she did call and told me that the bike was registered with a random different number and I am supposed to take the bike as it is.
Like seriously??
When I asked her aren't you supposed to be sending me a list of number to choose for my new bike?
You know the answer is that she forgot to mention on the documents about my special number request so they gave a different number on their own. What the hell?
There are so many people have so many beliefs on the number being lucky or unlucky, that is why there is always an option given to customer before buying the vehicle by all the brands and dealers for choosing their own numbers by paying extra charges.
Went to see the manager of the dealer to talk about this issue and ended up meeting the Managing director of ATHVITH SUZUKI, she was just trying to deviate from the topic and telling us that they can do only as per whatever mention on the document of the particular customer, the sales girl didn't mention anything about the special number request and what can we do about it?
This is the responsible response I received from the managing director of ATHVITH SUZUKI.
They were just trying to push the bike to me with the same number and when I clearly told them that no way I m taking this bike and accepting the wrong number and going to live with their mistake.
Seriously I have purchased around 6 scooters till now, never ever faced anything worse experience like this for them no regrets or empathy shown to the customer. They are just focussed in somehow pushing the bike with the same number.
They asked me to wait till tomorrow for their update.
Not sure what they are plannig to do but I am pretty sure that I am not going to leave it cool untill I get my bike delivered with the number I wanted. I will not take the bike until they get my requirements fulfilled as promised by them.
Worst and horrible experience with this dealer, and hope thay fix the mess they made and wasting so much time of mine over phone and making me come to the showroom so many times.
Guys never ever buy anything from ATHVITH SUZUKI, just saying with my horrible experience and the pressure they giving me for decided to buy a Burgman from them. Please read the google reviews of the showrooms before going there to buy any vehicles, so many people are frustrated about the experience and the service.
