i am. sreeraj i booked a vechcle from your kundanoor vtj mobils pvt ltd , on 15 July 2022 and as per the communication . i got from the representative from you side is that i need ro pay 13000 as down payment by 22nd of july if i do so they committed to give me the vehicle within 4 days so i should recive my vehicle by 26 th but i know there will be some delay which is usual that i can understand but still i were following up with the showroom for the update. but they were saying the. same story that they didn’t get the number from RTO and now its been 1 month am running behind this. so there is. no value for customers time right? they were behaving good till they got the money after that they become rude , is that the way. you do to a customer? as per last commitment made by the showroom executive they promised me to provide the vehicle by yesterday and i took leave for the same and waited so long for their call. finally i lost my patience and went to the showroom and i asked for my vehicle which is my right and the Showroom manager and. General manger were threatening me . i feels like these two people will be pride to your company! .
i wasted my time i wasted my efforts i wasted my money running behind this if so i dont want the vehicle just give my money back enough suffered due to this .

I had made several complaints to VTJ SUZUKI on the above but as expected neither remedial action nor improving the standard of service taken by them.
Will SUZUKI consider the plight of their end-customers and set service standards to their dealers?

I had booked the so called gixxer after paying Rs 10,000 without even a test drive and till this moment no news or update nor receipt for the amount they have collected has been given to me. This was despite repeated calls and visits to their showroom at cochin and email to Suzuki . Looks like the jd survey is being manipulated.

Experience:Boasted on offers but customer Deceived post receipt of booking amount
Recommendation:Get everything documented before making any payment or commitment

Experience: Delivery date kept deferring and moreover opted color was not available
Recommendation:Get the delivery date documented and ensure the availability of the preferred Color in person. Please don’t go by words

Registration
Experience:Total registration fee as per RTO is approx Rs. 200(RTO website) while dealer charged me a whooping amount 5000 as total registration fee
Recommendation:Nothing much can be done. Monopoly of the dealer taking a toll on customers hard earned money. Shell the said amount or compromise on the brand
Check your vechicle before and after vehicle service to ensure every accessories was there in your vehicle.
