My daughter had purchased Access 125 from a sub dealer of Pai services known as BGS motors way back in 2016.The service provided by BGS motors was totally bad. I had requested a change of seat hinges as it was broken. For three months they made me dance to their tunes with absolutely no result whatsoever. I have given my Access 125 Scooty for service on 13 July 2019 at your Udipi Ambagilu show room, after service I found out the following defects :
1) Indicators switch not working which was working properly before
2) Oil change sign still appearing
3) Water Moisture / leakage in the front panel /speedo meter
4) very all body cleaning is substandard

When I called the service center, the asked to bring the scooty back to rectify the above, but due to time constraint and other commitments its very difficult, If the service personnel did their work properly these things could be avoided, thank you

The service and sales personnel might be good, but the owner is a snobbish old man who has a "tummy full" attitude. Almost as if a few customers lost won't do him any difference. I definitely recommend Suzuki vehicles, but not the dealer.
