Worst after sales service from this showroom. I bought Suzuki Access 125 from this showroom January 2020. In first free service they replaced the new battery with some 3 year old battery. After the service self start was not working. I went to service center, service personnel were rude and told to go to the battery manufacturer located in mysore road; In the lockdown scenario with risk involved I had to take my vehicle to mysore road some 15 kms, there they told me my battery is replaced and from the serial number he said it is from 3 year old lot. I came back and on complaining to General Manager, a new battery was fitted.
Also they charge for polish some 170 in each service, and this is purely optional, by default they add to your bill and do not ask the customer. You have to specifically tell them you do not want this.
And they were calling me to get the 4th free service done even though it is late due to covid-19 situation. When I booked an appointment and went there, they denied to do free service claiming I am late and they can only do paid service. I returned without getting my vehicle serviced and will never go back there.
Overall, the service is not good, stealing battery and breaking customer trust is not a good feeling. I do not know what other parts gets replaced. The sales and after sales is substandard and not up to the mark.

Never ever buy vehicle from Nine star, I really doubt whether they recruit sales person or not. When questions asked to manager start they behaving like local, even the manager threatened to hit me. Worst experience in buying from nine star. I will never go to this sales and service center again. I will also remove their free advertisement of nine star stickers from my vehicle.

I brought suzuki access 125drum full cash in hosur road on 09.10.2017 for my wife for your 1st anniversary I requested Mr.Pavan show room manager for a gift bow and ribbon he behaved like local and told sir it's your gifting for your wife and I am not so I can only give vechile. Totally zero customer service and professional skill and communication he is unfit for show room manager please get back to me ASAP

One of the worst service centers. Big time Cheaters/fraudsters

My access started giving problems after getting serviced here. They had changed the clutch plate and others accessories, since I complained of low pickup.

The pick up got worse after a month or two.

The local mechanic examined the clutch bell and confirmed that it's old worn out clutch bell.

I had requested for the old clutch bell. Now, I realize that they had given me some other vehicle' s worn out clutch bell instead. While my vehicle's clutch bell was reused for some other vehicle.
They don't even bother to clean your vehicle properly.

They replace your vehicle' s original parts with the worn out or old parts.
Big time cheaters. You will not identify the problems immediately, it takes at least 1 month to know about the problems. They tune it firmly so they last for at least a month.

Hello Everyone,

I would strictly suggest to those buying a Suzuki vehicle , "NOT" buy any vehicle from this showroom.

Here is what happened with me.

I had planned to buy Suzuki Access 125 cc bike,so out of my busy schedule I went on to meet them on Sunday afternoon around 2.00 P.M.
After having look at the vehicle,
Suresh their manager started calculating the final price . He gave me two accessories as complementary from his side. I was like ok good deal and the final price came to Rs.62,093.
I asked him to make it to round figure 62,000 and I will give you the down payment.
And he was like I had asked for Rs. 930 discount from him .
Suresh : No Sir, Not Possible , No margin , No discount.
Me : Sir in today world people go to D-Mart just because they get a discount of Rs 2 in a Rs 20 biscuit packet.
Suresh : they have margin Sir.
Me : Sir , I want the bike tomorrow and I am ready to pay down payment right now.
Suresh : Not Possible with this price.

I left the showroom.

Now to Suresh if you are reading this.
Rs. 93 does not matter to me or to anybody if he is willing to pay 62k for a bike . But the point you missed out here you should agree to what customer proposes if it is feasible, and in my case it was that is called customer service.
You kept on boasting about your service let me tell you if you don't agree with customer on Rs.93 how can one experience a good service from your side.
Hope you should learn customer service first.
Secondly , you said D-Mart guys have margin.Does it mean you don't?
Are you some kind of philanthropist?
Are you not doing business here?
You have your own margins right?

Hope this helps other customers to make a choice to select a Suzuki dealer in Bangalore.

I bought Suzuki access 135 from Nine star at Hosa road junction.

I didn't get the number I asked for, the agent didn't even bother about vehicle delivery as per their promise. The agent is very careless. She blames others for her mistakes. That too I bought 2 vehicles at a Time.

Dear Friends
I had brought a new Suzuki Access White color on 08 Nov 2013 from the 9 Star Suzuki showroom with full cash of 62000/- with all accessories fixed. I had experienced three main incidents in this showroom and service center .
1. During my first service the lock set as been exchanged to another vehicle and engine oil was empty after 15 days when I left my vehicle with my local mechanic they told the engine oil was very low.
2.Damaged front shieled as been fixed for the new vehicle and covered with a nine star logo[ I came know that logo as been fixed to cover the damage] and when I approached the showroom they said we hav not fixed. I came to know on April 2014 while removing that sticker.
3. The show room price was very costly on all Accessories including on road price, Accessories, No plate and other things I Had enquired with KH road Suzuki, Apple Auto Agency, Aryan Suzuki, Adavaith Suzuki etc they told that the price I paid was very high compare to there show room price as on Nov 2013.

they are lotting the customers money and while servicing vehicle they will exchange the spare parts and they are not having responsibility and the rights of customer is violated. Plz my sincere request to you don't buy or leave ur vehicles in the Nine star Suzuki showroom or service station near Hosa road Bangalore. my sincere request enquiry with other showrooms first and move on. Dear Suzuki vehicle owners while you are giving service to Ninestar please think before it.Because i got the shocking experience .They finished the service without checking any thing.The mechanic JAVEED forgot to put the main bolt of the back wheel.We are not technically sound to check the all bolts while taking delivery.To day (10-12-13)i am going to school to drop my children in the heavy traffic hosur road ,SUDDENLY THE BACK WHEEL-COMPLETELY CAME OUT.God grace no body is hurt.But who is responsible for this incident.Worthless service,useless mechanics,lazy supervisors,Knowledge less GM,DGM,CEO,SERVICE MANAGER&EMPLOYEES.
