Motorcycle shop in Baharampur, West Bengal and Royal company together working to make a big scam. They are selling old bike as a new. You will never understand in the first month. After first month will face a lot of problems like chasis problem. This is serious issue. This causes accident in any time. So my brother don't make you a victim. You have your own knowledge. Their review section marked with 5 stars are randomised and incomplete.Don't buy any kind of products of Royal Endfield. Go for JAWA it's 10 times better than Royal. If you don't believe just inspect in YouTube. Next time I will purchase JAWA or Benali for the same price. They sold me a second hand bike instead of new. Now they are not taking any action against the dealer.

বহরমপুর, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ এবং রয়্যাল কোম্পানির মোটরসাইকেলের দোকান একসাথে একটি বড় কেলেঙ্কারি করার জন্য কাজ করছে। তারা পুরনো বাইক নতুন হিসেবে বিক্রি করছে। প্রথম মাসে তুমি কখনোই বুঝতে পারবে না। প্রথম মাসের পর চেসি সমস্যার মত অনেক সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হবে। এটা গুরুতর ব্যাপার। এর ফলে যে কোন সময় দুর্ঘটনা ঘটে। তাই আমার ভাই তোমাকে শিকার বানাবে না। তোমার নিজের জ্ঞান আছে। তাদের পর্যালোচনা বিভাগ 5 তারা সঙ্গে চিহ্নিত এলোমেলো এবং অসম্পূর্ণ। রয়্যাল এন্ডফিল্ডের কোন ধরণের পণ্য কিনবেন না। JAWA-তে যাও এটা রয়্যালের চেয়ে ১০ গুণ ভালো। যদি আপনি বিশ্বাস না করেন তাহলে শুধু ইউটিউবে পরিদর্শন করুন। পরের বার আমি একই দামে JAWA বা Benali কিনবো। তারা আমাকে নুতেনের বদলে সেকেন্ড হ্যান্ড বাইক বিক্রি করেছে। এখন তারা ডিলারের বিরুদ্ধে যেকোন ব্যবস্থা নিচ্ছে না।

Don't believe them! They will show you a new bike and will replace instantly with an used bike and deliver it to you! I have never ever seen it. They will prey you if you are unaware about bike or a newer! Purchase from another reputation showroom. I am really astonished about your service!. I ordered for a new Royal Enfield 350 classic Stormrider Sand bike. I asked them to show that colored bike, they showed us that bike which you can see in the pictures attached below. That time, we took some pictures of our selected bike after satisfied and told him bill for this bike. After billed, they provided us different colored bike similar to my ordered bike. I asked them that this is not my choiced bike but they said it is that bike and after some argument they said that both are same colored bikes. Don't worry. But you can see in my attached bill, they provided us different colored bike. Now the problem is service! After a service ( First) still oil is being leaked from engine.We already serviced two times for new bike where first time after 500km reached and second time freely within few days difference! But they did not disclosed what is the actually issue even after tried to know the issue!!! Someone told us that bike is not available in 350 cc from customer support, but it is still available in your website.
One more thing I am sure that they delivered us an used bike. Just check your DATABASE log file that it is used before or not.They definitely help you. You should verify what have been happening with your company behind your company, not only for my case, It's for protect you and your valuable customers. Receive CCTV footage from Maxwheel, where from we purchased and verify about the issue to solve that this bike already delivered or not. I would like to take new replaced bike and our spent amount for both issue and it's your responsibility or whatever your term to serve a better service!!! Otherwise I would like to complain it to Consumer Forum Act.
