Recently I have purchases a Royal Enfield 350 from BRAWN AUTOMOBILES Sheetla Mata Road Opp: CRPR Camp Gurgaon - 122001, recently I went to the same service station for third service as per time on 20 March, Service was done along with rear break shoe was replaces as per suggestion given by the mechanic. Since the next day of the services I feel that byke engine has a different and an irritating sound and also rear break shoe was not working as there was too a very cheap sound while taking the breaks always.
I again visited to the same service station on 27 March 2017 and left the byke for service again with the both complaints.
As per the service team both issue was resolved and I was charged again around Rs- 256 for the same complaint.
But again When I ride the byke I found that the both the issue was still there and there was no change.
I visited the service station again in first week of april and second week too ( 14 April 2017) to the same service station but the service In charge refused to take the byke to resolve the concern and asked me to come again in next week between Monday to Friday.
As per that I again went to the service station today ( 21 April 2017) with same complaint. Now the service in charge Sachin collect the byke for the same and while discussion regarding the issues He was very Unprofessional and Rude to me and asked me that ( DO I KNOW HOW TO SET THE BYKE ENGINE OR NOT VERY RUDELY) and did not responded to the concern. I just want to ask that If I need to take care and do everything than why that bastard is there.
Again around 11:00 hours I was approached by the service team over the phone and a Guy asked me and said that He need to Change the REAR BREAK SHOE and that will be charged to me.
My concern is that Royal Enfield treats to their customers this way. For these kind of bull shit services I have not choosed to go with ROYAL ENFIELD. Further If I have already paid twice for the same product and service which is not delivered correctly to me for that Why should I pay again for that and how many time I'll pay for the same product.
If an product which is delivered by Royal Enfield in that case the team need to bear the responsibility and replacement of the product nor me if it is not fine.
While leaving the byke today I was asked to pay a fee of Rs-150 for the service resolution and rs 250 again for rear break.
Finally I would like to say that this is the bull shit way of ROYAL ENFIELD Services.
Please look into the case on priority.
NOTE:-
Now I'll only collect/ pick my byke from service station after the resolution of this and I do not wish to pay for anything again today, Neither for break shoe nor the service charge again.
