My son purchased RV400 last year from this dealer. Around 25 days back his bike charger automatically gets OFF and after few minutes it automatically started charging
To rectify the problem my Son gave the charger to VELACHERY showroom. After receiving the same by the dealer, the said it is in warranty period, hence it has to replaced
But now almost one month over, there's no response from anybody from show room. If we ask the branch incharge number they are not giving his number and they are not allowing us to see personally as he is like PRIME MINISTER.
Even if we contact their Customer care number that is worst than branch staff.
I recommend to the public think once or twice before booking this brand bike.
Now my son is spending daily around 100/- per day to go to office and return.
Very very worst staffs znd and very very worst response from the dealer for any problem
This is my personal experience with this dealer, we feel very bad after purchased bike for 1.40 Lakhs it is utter wast.

I give my battery charger for fan not working issue at Dec 05 2022, still they didn't rectified my issue, Rich street poi iruntha 500 rs kuda agi irukathu, last 4 months petrol ku matum 15000 spend paniruken, ithuku new charger ah vangi irukalam ,very worst service center, customer ku response kidayathu, poi pesarathula no.1 persons ah parthu showroom la vechirukanga, inimel yarum rv bike vangathinga service romba worst ah iruku , Velachery showroom romba romba worst

for Charger serving they are taking more than 3weeks, which is not reliable. for these days I have spent more money in petrol, which also need to be compensated by these serving centers
