I am sory to say i hav had a bad experience at gis shop today. I came there to fix some minor issue in my bike. But he made some reason and said to come tomorrow next day i went again at 12 a.m. in hot sun. But i saw him ,he was on phone. I made a polite hand gesture to him that i have come and here is my cycle to repair. I dont know what mistake i made. He made a fingure movement and said no ,while he was already on phone. I was diaappointed by this type of response. Latr he came and said ,that he will not repair my cycle and dont come here again. I am shocked ,how can he say no to a regular customer like me. I am a cycling anthisiast and way better from him in adventure activities . I know him from his facebook cycling page. Never we had any grudhea before. This rude , arrogant and irresponsible behaviour is not someone would like to have from a reputed cycle store. The fact that his mechanics were ready to give service to me shows that he is perticularly targetted me ,the reason i dont know .Earlier also i had similar responses at his shop by staff but due to uncle ji (his father) a nice person, i am fond of him. I ignored staffs behaviour. But this time i am deeply felt.
