Worst service ever.....I took my JAWA Classic delivery from JAWA SYNERGY, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru on 26th Feb 2020, the same day the headlamp bursted along with high beam bulb with smoke. next day i took my jawa classic to Synergy service center in BSK 3rd stage, instead of identifying the cause for the burst, they bloody came to rhe assumption saying it is an external damage and started doubting that i have done it, they do not have little common sense that why will anyone damage his own bike. they are very mean and money minded pepole who dont care for customers. i paid for the replacement of the entire headlamp set. i'm sending the damaged headlamp to JAWA MOTORCYCLE COMPANY to know the cause for the burst and see there response and customer service. my sincere advise, please dont buy your JAWA bike from JAWA SYNERGY, i have faced the worst customer service from them, if you dont belive please visit there service center couple of times, you will come to see customers shouting and yelling at them for there worst service. 100% money minded people with 0 % service. i woul suggest you to buy JAWA in any other showroom than this irressponsible, ill mannered, rude, false promise owner and staff of SYNERGY JAWA Showroom and service centers in Bengaluru

@jawamotorcycles...Hello everyone...i would like to bring this to notice that i purchased a brand new jawa 42 on October the 12th 2019 from JAWA MOTORCYCLES SYNERGY MAHINDRA BASAVANAGUDI. Since it was my childhood dream, i saved each penny from my salary and paid full cash. Although they took 9 months to deliver my jawa, i was the most happiest person when it arrived. I went on a ride with pride and extremely happy with the performance. I was told to give the bike for first service as in when i complete 1000klms. It took about 25 days to complete and i gave it for service on 6th of November 2019. They called me on 7th November and asked me to take it back from service. So i went around 5pm to pick it up. They asked me to wait since the engine polishing was not done. I had asked them to attach new hammer head(back rest) when i gave the bike for service and asked for the price. They said without invoice it will cost me 1400. So i said ok. When i went there to pick up the bike, it was a cheap quality back rest. So i said i dont want it and asked them to remove. But they said wait and showed another cheap quality back rest. Hence i refused again. As soon as i refused, one of the service center mechanic told the supervisor that we can remove the back rest from another customer who had a brand new back rest on his jawa. But the supervisor said no to it luckily, since it was a brand new jawa and a good quality back rest on it and the customer will notice if they change. I was like what is happening here!! Are they so unprofessional and doesn't care about their customers? Then i noticed my bike seat was shaking and not fixed properly. When i asked about it, the supervisor said that is default with all the jawa 42 bikes. I went and checked other jawa that came for service and none of them had this issue including the one which was in the display. The seats were perfectly fitting and no shakes what so ever. Hence i went back to the supervisor and informed about it. So he went and took out the entire seat from another customers jawa to fix it on mine. I refused since it's not fair and also that seat cover was torned from one of the sides. Once again i took an aback as to what these service center guys are doing. At this stage i was skeptical about other parts of my bike and noticed the fuel tank on my bike is not the same. It had dents, paint bubbles, scratches and the paint liner was rusty and looking old. Also noticed the paint on the cooler is chipped off and the supervisor agreed to fix it while giving the bike for service. But the day when i went to take the bike back he is saying by default the paint on cooler delivered by the company is cheap quality and it doesn't stay for long. I was like did i made the wrong choice going for my childhood dream bike. I wasn't willing to give up by accepting whatever the supervisor is saying. Specially when i know he is bullshitting. So i called the owner of Synergy Jawa Motorcycles and explained the entire situation. Guess what he had to say!! He is out of town and get back to me tomorrow without letting me complete the entire scene. I said ok as i dont have a choice and went back home without taking my bike back. The next day owner with utter disrespect and attitude behaviour calls me and says it was a small mistake that they misplaced the tank and he is going to fix it and call me the same day. I said ok although he was not willing to listen to other problems i had. But he never got back to me until now. So i called customer service and raised a complaint regarding the entire situation. They said someone will get in touch with me to take care of the situation. But no response from anyone so far. Did i make the right choice? Bcoz i am not sure what all they have replaced by now and i am extremely worried!! Nobody should go through this in future. I hope they will address my issue with zero problems and i continue to love my childhood dream bike JAWA..
