Its a Complaint about your Product, I Have purchased your Honda Activa in the month of Dec' 2012, from M/s Raam Honda Tadbund - Secunderabad, But to my surprise I see that the engine went out of service , when I approached your dealer with the same complaint, inspite of sending the VEHICLE TO COMPANY he got it repaired in his work shop by saying the "ENGINE was DOWN" & he forced me to bear the charges also,
Sir in this Manner I CLAIM THAT YOU AS HONDA COMPANY HAVE CHEATED me by giving a used VEHICLE, WHICH GOT REPAIRED TWICE within 8 month's of TIME THAT TO WITH A MAJOR PROBLEM LIKE "ENGINE DOWN", This time my VEHICLES ENGINE GOT BLOCKED & I MANAGED TO ESCAPE FROM A MAJOR ACCIDENT, BECAUSE OF THIS REPEATED PROBLEM, Now WHEN THE SAME THING HAS REPEATED WITH ME YOU ADVICE ME WHAT WILL YOU DO IF YOU WERE IN MY PLACE,
Sir this is WHY I DEMAND FOR A REPLACEMENT OF MY PROBLEMATIC VEHICLE, I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM HONDA,
I hope my PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BY TREATING IT AS YOUR PROBLEM ON PRIORITY BASIS, or else I NEED TO APPROACH LEGAL WITH SUPPORT OF MEDIA WITH SAME COMPLAINT AS M/S HONDA TWO WHEELERS HAS CHEATED ME.
