Sir My name is Rajeswari and i left my activa for service in somanur showroom before 3 months .After 40 days only they returned my vehicle .After running 150 kms my back wheel bolt get disconnected and i escaped with light injury.after that i contacted showroom they inform that all service persons are in leave .After that I contacted all level staffs including Gm they all replied without any responsibility. I want to contact MD by what way Shall I contact MD. Your GM Prabhakaran very very waste and irresponsible person.

Very very bad service in Presanna Honda showroom
Near by Lakshmi Mills. Mr. Joshi and team always tell lie.
Today at 1:30 p.m. I come showroom regarding my exchange vehicle RC book But he didn't give. Than i told Give my RC book now Or otherwise you give exchange amount Rs 44,000.
And he said please come and collect by cash Rs 44000 evening. Around 5 p.m. am going to showroom
He discuss manager then he tell. Only give 40,000. Otherwise you book new vehicle in 2021.but i told don't want.

So he always tell lie last one week. I am really disappointed your services.

So dear customer Please choose other HONDA showroom. Don't choose PRASANNA HONDA NEAR LAKSHMILLS Thank you.

I had purchase new Honda Unicorn deal by m/s Lakshmi at the time of dealing she have give some commitment like 5lit petrol free and at the time of delivery all the RTO formalities are should be done but after selling she doesn't complete RTO formalities and also doesn't give 5lit petrol eventhough I give my bike for RTO they didn't do any process simply riding with bike only odometer value only rising if am asking to her she lethogi ally say tomorrow we will complete all the formalities like that she say dayby day
