Worst Experience with Khushi Honda, All the staff are unexperienced and they only fool people. They loot people and even the top Management are not cooperative.

Very bad service experience,they took my activa I for two days and at the time of delivery,no actual work was done,only washing was done.staff is unskilled and inexperienced.service executive Mr Bhise gives false assurances and false budget.they change parts on their own without informing us and charge heavily.inspite of all that the main problem is unsolved.their free servicing scheme is a trap,where they each time they do unnecessary changes and spares and charge us with extra cost

Different price. Honda website shows price Rs 57572 and showroom employees mention the price Rs. 58322. There is no cash discount.

it is my painful duty to inform you that, your showroom 'khushi honda' is failed to give proper service.

According to my experience i must say that in khushi honda service centre, there is un-trained staff.

As i am a customer of your service centre, my suggession is you need to focus on your customer services.

I am saying this all because, experienced a worst service, not found any responsible person to solve the problem, found untrained staff.

but it is a truth.

I had a very very Bad experience with Khushi Honda - Upnagar Bramch. Where I purchased a Activa 3G in April 2015 which is giving a starting problem as well RPM / corroborator issue and scooter is getting off while running mode. Khushi Honda workshop team is not able to resolve it since last 5 months. And not ready to change the corroborator. Guess they don't have experience mechanics with them. I am going to make the complaint against Khushi Honda in consumer Court as well in JD who gave them 4 rating.
