Honda Service centre, Andheri (E) failed to deliver the repaired Activa Scooter on committed time. Staffs are irresponsible and careless. No courtesy to inform customer about delay delivery.
I have purchase the Honda activa #preetamhondamumbai #adheri #east #mumbai from last year in the month of March and right after that lockdown happen and I wasn't able to get the delivery from the dedicated showroom and because of covid I left mumbai and in December I also got covid+ and after that I contact that honda showroom and they said you need to pay parking charges 75k I said but for what you didn't gave me any delivery and When I am asking for my vehicle you guys asking for parking charges they said u can pay 35k then they came to 15k and finally they said you give me 7k we will give you complete vehicle with warranty of 1 year and they will also provide all accessories which they have committed this happen after I lodge an Fir against them in near police station so I give them 7k but that person give me receipt of 5k only also they have miss handle my new scooty it was scratched also they have fit the outer accessories of Bs6 model also they have fit old battery and now no one is listing to me I really don't understand I have paid for my vehicle in advance they took extra money and misbehave with me but didn't provide me a vehicle in right condition I have escalated the case but no one listing really feel cheated....I have attached bill and scooty pic.
