I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent servicing of my Honda Livo bike.

On 9th November 2023, I purchased a Honda Livo bike with the understanding that it would provide an average mileage of 70+ kilometers per liter. Initially, the bike performed exceptionally well, delivering an average of 81 kilometers per liter. However, subsequent servicing experiences have fallen short of expectations.

During the first service, I was informed of additional charges totaling Rs. 950, including Rs. 500 for an oil change and Rs. 450 for scratches and paint renewal. Despite paying these fees, the service provided was subpar, with my vehicle not fully prepared as promised.

On 4th April 2024, I brought my bike in for its second service and paid an additional Rs. 450 for Teflon Coating to remove color stains. However, upon receiving my bike, I found no improvement. The previous color stains remained, and there was a decrease in performance, with the average mileage dropping to 51 kilometers per liter and a warning light blinking on the dashboard.

Worst service vehicle having problem of poor pickup due to clutch informed to service advisor during 1st service but not solved. Again taken back for problem mechanic loosened the clutch cable. When problem still persisted shown to workshop. Informed that having clutch problem can not be considered under warranty.and chargedRs2014/-. This is my second experience with the service centre. So suggesting not to purchase vehicle from this Dealer

WORST MANAGEMENT,
FEEL THAT TEAM IS ALREADY BRIEFED TO CREATE HURDELS. SIMPLE TALE LIGHT AND LITTLE DENT TO REPAIR (CLAIM) TAKEN SEVEN DAYS EVEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INTIMATION REGARDING DELIVERY OF MY VECHILE. I AM CONTINIOUSLY FOLLOWUP.
ICICI LOMBARD DID HIS SURVEY ON TIME BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE (DOSHI HONDA) TOOK SO MUCH TIME FROM 24TH MOR TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FOR THE SAME..

I have always been a loyal customer to Honda but this time highly disappointed by the kind of behavior I have faced from Doshi Honda

On 11th August 2019, I have given my Honda Activa at Doshi Honda's service center for regular paid servicing. At that time, the person in-charge has given me an estimate of Rs. 2510 of total amount to be paid and handing over vehicle on the same day i.e. 5.30 p.m. for your ready reference acknowledgement attached.

Later when I reached home, I started getting calls from him asking me for various parts to be replaced to which I agreed at the amount he has mentioned on call for the value of parts but he din't mention any labor charges.

I have been continuously following up after that regarding the servicing of my Activa. And for past 2 days I have been calling him for hand over of my vehicle to which they denied saying your vehicle is not ready saying that welding work is pending. I have also tried reaching to the owner and senior management of Doshi Honda but no was ready to talk. I have complained about this to customer care Bhopal and after continuous pressure of Customer Care Bhopal they have agreed to hand over the vehicle.

Today, i.e. on 14th August 2019 when I went there to collect my vehicle, I was shocked to see my bill amount which was 6200 and was clearly over billed. There were many parts which were replaced and their labor charges were highly inflated.

When I asked the manager about this, he wasn't even ready to hear to my problem and his behavior was very rude to me. He said that I cannot do anything about this and when I wrote my complaint in his job card, he had cut (crossed) my complaint, after which I have left workshop without taking delivery of my vehicle.

In current scenario every automobile dealer is trying hard to achieve customer loyalty and is proving numerous types of services to their customers but today I have lost my faith in Honda because no one is supporting or even trying to understand the customer's problem.

This has happened to me and will happen to other customers as well because of you have given dealership to Doshi Honda for 4 showrooms.

I given my New Activa to them for service they told it will be ready by 3.00 PM. At 3.30 when I called them they told that " Aaj free service ki gadiyan jayada hai isliye time lagega".
It is the way of talking service centre persons.

4269828 and mob. no 9669264999 for Activa 3G servicing but no body pick my phone or call me back. How can i know that when i bring my vehicle for Servicing.
Very poor after sales service. Thanks a lot.

I given my bike honda livo, at doshi honda workshop, i am fully satisfide about work, very good atmosphere, every person help me & try to given his best, thanx for doshi honda team, specially mr jeetendra Upadhyay sir (general manager) , great,

I given my bike dream yuga for service at doshi honda 2 days back.before servicing it was fine but after service it is givinng problem and from yesterday it is not starting .i am.very much upset

We had given the Honda Activa for the Servicing at the service center doshi honda, vijaynagar. The service center given such a worst service & sale center.  before service it was working very smoothly but after servive its almost every part is making noise and its irritating us. We want the justification why these type of services are given to customer either stop all the dealers to give the SERVICE paid or unpaid. worst service center
