Honda Mahipalpur delhi service centre very bad service provided staff not cooperative

Sir , I have done paid service Activa 5g on 28 Jan 2021 and I hav already earlier 4 services done in mahipal service centre. The last paid service, I hav faced alot of difficulties like as waiting for 3 hours and also not satisfied with service. I hav one more complain regarding payment of service, there is an offer going these days on paid service between 24 Jan to 10 Feb 2021. when I said to paid counter he said its completed now then I said why hav u written in poster , he has no answer for this . This is my request to all service centre plz keep ur promises and give to Ur best service ...

Sir i have made payment of honda shine SP today through csd in favour your agency but my choice color black is not being provided to me and saying wait for 15 to 20 days. My question is that inspite of giving availability cert items why not provided to customer as per their choice. I am not happy to listen your staff reply. Pl give your kindly attention on this issue. absolute Honda service centre/work shop is cheater.they always bill higher in service in new bikes. they have no washing centre.

Hi , My Brother bought the Activa from Your Showroom approx 18 months back and due to some personal problems he did not collect his RC . We did not received any Phone call too for the same . Now i and my brother have been chasing you people for more than 1 year but we are unable to get the RC . Every time when i call , i did not get any satisfactory answer and surprisingly the staff advised us to go to the RC office and collect by own . I do not understand this statement that why we go to RC Office to collect RC where in we have bought the Activa from your showroom and hope legally we are supposed to get all Document from you People only .

When i called on the Reception and request her to get me the Manager on line but she refused the same by stating that Manager does not speak to the customer . Finnaly today ( 28-April ) I spoke to the Showroom Owner Mr Bhatia and explained him the Issue .

Hope i will get the sollution in nect two days otherwise i have to go for the Legal Action for all the Harassment and unable to provide the Valid documents of Activa .

Still i will request to do the Need full on priority .

I'LL PURCHAGE HONDA ACTIVA 110CC FROM LAST 3 MONTH AND RECEIVED INNER BOX OF 125CC TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND CHANGE THE INNER BOX FROM YOUR SHOWROOM AND NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM YOUR SHOWROOM FOR CHANGE THE INNER BOX THIS IS VERY SURPRISE FOR YOUR SERVICE. yOUR DAILY CALL RECEIVED BEFORE PURCHAGE THE VEHICLE, AFTER PURCHASING WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FOR ANY SATISFICTION FOR VEHICLE NOT. INFUTURE WE WILL NOT PURCHAGE THE HONDA VEHICLE FROM ABSULUTE HONDA AND I'LL INFORM TO ANY GUY'S FOR NOT PUCHAGE THE VEHICLE FROM ABSULUTE HONDA BUT THIS IS VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FOR CUSTOMER.
