RTO main pta kiya to wo kahne lage ki documents humare pass nahi hain humara kam 5 minute ka hai . lekin aapki file humare pass nahi hai . agency main phone karo to phone nahi utjate aur agara galti se utha bhi liya to ek hi answer hai 15 din wait kar lo . usske bad fir phone nahi uthayenge . very poor service .
Meine good life card banwaya hai. Lakin jab bhi usme koi point chadwane jata hun to staff wale bahane banate h. Kabhi bolte h web camara kharab h Kabhi bolte h system nhi chal rha. Meine lagbhag 10 baar ja chuka hu har baar esa hi hota h.
my name is Amit Kumar I had visited Hero MotoCorp Jaya Motors multiple times for same issue that there is a sound while I am riding the bike on the back side of bike but they have been sailing in the same continuously the last time I visited them yesterday they told me a nut is broken that's why it's not fitted properly and this is the reason why the noise is coming then I came to know that the bike was manipulated by the service engineers over there and instead of replacing my part did told me that it's your mistake and it will be done on a cost and they are giving me a temporary solution that we can place tape over it so that we can reduce the noise and they have also placed a tape without informing me so overall experienced apathetic service which is not expected from such a wonderful company I request you to please look into the matter and give me an appropriate solution.
