I am writing this mail to show the deficiency of service provided by your showroom.

I have also taken joy ride service. I have came to your showroom in December 2021 and then in 13th March 2022. Both the times I have raised my problem…that the battery which was given to me is not in good condition. In December 2021, I have purchased new battery from your Showroom and it has a warranty also. But, the quality of battery is so bad that my vehicle is unable to start automatically. I have raised this issue 2 times. The service manager only recharge the battery and after 10 days it again create problem.
This is indeed a very poor service on the part of Hero and formally I will be complaining before Consumer Forum for “Deficiency of Services”.
