On June 9th 2024 I brought Aprilia and since then I'm facing service issues , product is completely fine and I loved the scooter but the service I have received from the showroom was pathetic I can't even explain how much I have suffered with your agents.

1) when I booked the bike I told them that I'll pay full amount in cash and they'll not face any issues for payment and all but what they did is they asked me to pay half amount first as a token because they had trust issues that I'll not purchase the bike

2) for the RC book and the RTO number I have waited for 2 month every freaking time they asked me to wait RTO team is not responding. When I cross checked with the RTO guy he told me that ma'am there have not sent any documents and request and because of that you're bike number plate is delayed. Then I visited the showroom and asked them had a huge argument then they sent the documents infront of me .

3) for my first service their service centre lady told me you can come any time either on date of service or depend on the km so I visit the showroom for my first service they said sorry ma'am service centre is closed for 2-3 days so please come after 2-3 days.
I was like okay no issues.
When I visited that showroom again after 2-3 days that service centre guy told me you have missed the date and time so the first service will be not applicable on this scooter. second service will be applicable then again I have to explain them what happened earlier and after 2-3 hours they agreed to apply 1st service.

4) now few days back my scooter was having some issues so I visited the showroom and the guy said we need to change the part and I'll take around some 1500rs I said okay no issues .
I kept the scooter at service centre for like 48 hours and then I called them for my scooter they're like it's done ma'am please come and take your bike I went I waited for like 40-45 min just get the bill. And the time was 8pm almost the showroom and service centre closing tym so I finally I took my scooter and went home on the way I realised that my scooter is still making some noise so I went back to the showroom but it was closed next day called them and asked why they have not checked everything and why they didn't changed the part ? So that service centre guy was " ohhh no issues ma'am come back tomorrow will check "

I mean like seriously wtf is wrong with this showroom.
Why you guys don't keep data of all this why you don't check your agents and service
