The belly of the VMAX is a ferocious 1,679cc Liquid cooled, 4-stroke, DOHC, 4-valve engine. The engine produces a maximum power of 200.1PS @ 9,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 166.8Nm @ 6,500 rpm. the engine is coupled to a Constant mesh, 5-speed transmission while the final transmission is done with Shaft drive. The engine is superior in delivering torque and power at all rev ranges and make the riders attains tops speeds with little effort.

The VMAX has a very rigid and strong aluminium diamond-shaped chassis structure for stability and control. The suspension duties of the VMAX are done with Cartridge-damper-type front forks having a substantial 52mm inner tubes with oxidized titanium coating. The rear suspension duties are done with a Swingarm. The braking of the VMAX is done with
a Dual Hydraulic disc Ø 320 mm while the rear brakes are of Single Hydraulic disc brake Ø 298 mm. The VMAX has a good ground clearance of 140 mm. While the overall weight of the bike is on the heavier side with 310 kg.
